It's Ok to Ask for Help

Asking for help can be difficult.

As human beings, we often find ourselves facing questions or challenges that we simply cannot solve without help.

Time and again, we find ourselves "stuck" and dealing with something entirely on our own.

Being in this situation can be overwhelming and damaging to our work, our mental health, and our lives as a whole.

And sometimes, even when we recognize that we need help, we are even more "stuck" behind the fears that make even asking for assistance a whole other problem.

We want to help you to be ok with asking for help -regardless of what kind of help you need. And in doing so, to make it easier for the next person, and the next person, etc. to get the help they need.

That's who we are and why we started this effort.
